Refund & Subscription Policy


This page explains how refunds, subscription cancellations, and purchase support work for Ravia Minecraft Server.


Refunds


Ravia Minecraft Server sells digital server perks that are usually delivered automatically after purchase.


Refund requests may be reviewed if:


The package was not delivered

The purchase was made by mistake

There was a technical issue with delivery

The wrong Minecraft username was entered and the package was not used


Refunds are not guaranteed after a package has been successfully delivered and used in game.


Purchases do not exempt players from server rules. If a player is muted, banned, or otherwise moderated for breaking the rules, this does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund.


Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in automatic removal of purchased perks.


Subscriptions


Some packages are monthly subscriptions.


Subscriptions can be cancelled through Tebex. Cancellation stops future renewals.


Already delivered subscription time may remain active until the paid period ends, unless the payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, or removed for abuse.


When a subscription ends, the related rank or temporary perks may be removed automatically.


Support


If something went wrong, contact us first. Include your Minecraft username and Tebex transaction ID so we can check the purchase.
